Brian Ganson is a senior consultant and adviser to Sthlm Policy Group.

Brian Ganson has his home base near Cape Town, South Africa, where he is Senior Researcher with the Africa Center for Dispute Settlement, University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is also Senior Fellow with the Center for Emerging Market Enterprises of The Fletcher School, Tufts University. Brian engages with multinational companies, as well as local and foreign governments, international organizations and civil society, as a consultant, researcher, educator and mediator. He is an expert on socio-political risk management, conflict prevention and collaboration, and third party roles in post-conflict and other complex environments. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School (www.ganson.org).

Dr. Nat Colletta is a senior adviser to Sthlm Policy Group.

Nat Colletta served as manager of the Post-Conflict Unit for the World Bank and is a prolific author on conflict resolution.  Professor Colletta is intererested in Policy Analysis, Strategic Planning, Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation; Conflict Management and Post Conflict Reconstruction; Peace Building, and Security and Development. He currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor of International Studies at New College of Florida, USA (www.ncf.edu/ncolletta).
