Sthlm Policy Group ยท Comments: 53This evaluation of the RWI Turkey Human Rights Capacity Development Programme assessed the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and sustainability of the programme. The purpose of the evaluation was to inform RWI, Sida and its partners whether and how the Programme had achieved its expected results during the period of evaluation, and to identify lessons learned that programme partners can benefit from, as well as provide inputs on the continues needs for support of partners.
