The organisational assessment focused on the organisational structure of ACAPS, governance and management in relation to the strategy. The assessment identified key strengths, weaknesses, and challenges of the current structure, and developed options for implementing the new strategy. The assessment covered all departments of ACAPS, legal, human resources, financial and administration.
