Sthlm Policy Group · Comments: 14Sthlm Policy Group in collaboration with Rightshouse were commissioned by the Olof Palme International Center to undertake an "Evaluation of shrinking civic space: Impediments, challenges, possibilities and strategies of change in Russia, Hong Kong, Israel, Palestine and Egypt”.
SPG provided the Palme Center with a study describing how state- and non state actors in different ways put constraints on citizens to exercise their freedom of assembly, association and expression. The report also draws from experiences and lessons learned from the Palme Center and its partners in difficult human rights environments on how to mitigate and manage programme- as well as safety and security risks.
