Sthlm Policy Group was contracted to conduct a mid-term review of Life and Peace Institute’s Conflict Transformation Programmes in Somalia and DRC, as well as the Horn of Africa Regional Program. The review focused specifically on relevance, effectiveness, and gender mainstreaming. Field missions were undertaken in DRC, Ethiopia and Kenya. A local team of consultants conducted interviews with stakeholders in Somalia.
